Origins and productin:
Production technology and the quality of the feedstock determine the resulting quality of the coconut oil. That’s exactly why we make a point that our Organic Coconut Oils only come from the pure regions of the tropical Philippine islands, where growing coconut palm trees and oil production have a long-standing tradition. The oil is made from the fresh pulp of coconut palm nuts within 48 hours after they’re harvested. They are then mechanically cold-pressed, preserving the typical coconut fragrance in the oil as well as all of the vitamins that are beneficial to the human organism.
Organic Coconut Oil has received a Fair-Trade certificate, which ensures fair dealing and fair remuneration of employees and farmers throughout the entire trade chain.
Use:
Cooking: Coconut Oil is ideal for preparing seasoned, salty, and spicy meals, adding its own touch of the exotic to the food.
