Taste the deodorised Organic Coconut Oil from the tropical Philippine islands. Organic Unscented Coconut Oil will delight anyone who wants to use the beneficial effects of coconut oil but doesn’t enjoy its strong aroma or wants to include it in recipes without adding the coconut flavour.


Thanks to its high content of saturated fatty acids, Coconut Oil does not burn. It’s also stable at temperatures up to 200 °C, making it ideal for preparing hot meals. But it can also be used for cold cooking, given its ability to solidify at low temperatures, making it an important ingredient in chocolate sweets and raw desserts. Another important property is that it doesn’t contain cholesterol.

Production technology and the quality of the feedstock determine the resulting quality of the coconut oil. That’s exactly why we make a point that our Organic Coconut Oils only come from the pure regions of the tropical Philippine islands, where growing coconut palm trees and oil production have a long-standing tradition.


Organic Unscented Coconut Oil is made from dry coconut pulps (copra), which are pressed at high temperatures. It then undergoes other changes with the help of steaming and filtering in order to remove any impurities and solid particles. Thanks to this processing method, we’re bringing you 100% pure and high-quality coconut oil that is rich in lauric, caprylic, and myristic acid.


Use:  


Cooking: Coconut oil is a great butter substitute for those with milk allergies. You can use it instead of butter when making a roux base or add it to soups and porridge. This snow-white fat makes food easier to digest.


Baking: When making Christmas cookies, you can completely replace butter with coconut oil. Coconut oil makes the cookies crispy and light. It also works great as a binding agent for cheesecake crusts. All you need to do is mix the cookies and coconut oil in a mixer. The oil is also amazing at baking potatoes and vegetables in the oven at higher temperatures.


Frying: Coconut oil doesn’t burn, making it ideal for roasting and frying. You can use it to fry both sweet and salty foods. You can even use it multiple times for frying; simply filter the oil before each use.


TIP: As a substitute for classic butter, add the oil together with jam to rolls and enjoy a healthy and tasty breakfast.
