Production
Organic Rose Water is made by gentle steam distillation from the buds of the rare Damask rose, which grows in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains. The harvest begins early in the morning, when the flowers contain the highest amount of essential oils, which protect them from low temperatures. The freshly picked petals are immediately transported for processing. Thanks to the short transportation time—no more than 45 minutes—the petals retain their natural freshness and delicate fragrance. Processing is done using double steam distillation, with 1 kg of petals used to produce 1 liter of floral water. The rare rose oil is not separated during production but remains part of the water. This allows Organic Rose Water to retain its valuable properties and achieve high quality.
