HOW TO USE

 Head: For headaches or tension we
recommend applying and massaging a few drops into the temples. 

 Body: To relax the muscles after
physically demanding activity, spray the oil on the skin and leave to take
effect. 

 In a bath: You can treat yourself to a
relaxing bath, which will relax your body, by adding several
drops of Magnesium Oil to it. In turn, adding PURITY VISION Organic
Lavender Oil will fill your bathroom with its scent, also creating a
calming atmosphere for your mind.

Before sleep: Thanks to its relaxing effects, Magnesium Oil
can also help reduce muscle spasms which prevent you from getting to sleep. Keep
the oil at your bed and if having problems getting to sleep apply it to the
problem areas and pulse points.

WARNING: The gentle stinging after application is quite
normal and will soon pass. Although Magnesium Oil is 100% natural, there may be
itchiness or stinging after its application to the skin. Therefore, we recommend
applying only a small amount to begin with and gradually increasing it after a
couple of days. Do not apply Magnesium Oil to the surface of irritated skin, to
wounds or freshly shaved skin.
