this coffee retains its exceptional taste. You can look forward to light fruit

Coffee cultivation and processing in Ethiopia, Sidamo
region

We grow Arabica coffee beans in the eastern region of
Sidamo called Bensa in the southern part of Ethiopia. It is grown at an altitude
of around 2200 m.a.s.l., thanks to which the coffee has medium acidity and a
delicate taste. Local farmers who grow coffee trees have a fair wage and a
better standard of living thanks to Fair Trade certification.

Our coffee is processed by the gentle wet method of the
Ayla washing station, which emphasizes the creation of tasty special coffees of
the highest quality. The main goal of the station is improvement, and above all,
consistent quality control so that the coffee that Ayla processes is among the
top Ethiopian coffees.

Bio

The designation "BIO" means that the product was produced
according to the principles of organic farming. It is forbidden to use
herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers when growing crops certified as
Bio. The BIO certificate is a national trademark for organic food.

This certification promotes fairer international trade
with the developing world and is awarded by the international institution
Ecocert. FFL promotes fairer international trade with the developing world,
focusing on fair and positive relationships between farmers and producers,
between workers and employers, and between traders. Part of the funds goes to a
fund to support farming communities and improve their living conditions in the
development area. PURITY VISION® is the first ever brand in the Czech Republic
