Usage

Head: Apply 2–3 sprays to your fingers and gently massage into the temple area for a pleasant feeling of refreshment and relaxation.

Body: For muscle relaxation after physical activity, spray 5–10 times onto the skin and allow it to absorb. Also ideal before sleep as part of relaxation care.

Bath: Add a few sprays of Magnesium Oil and Organic Lavender Oil to your bath to promote a sense of comfort and sensory relaxation.

Note: A slight tingling sensation after application is normal and will subside quickly. Although Magnesium Oil is 100% natural, it may cause itching or burning on the skin. We recommend starting with a small amount and gradually increasing over several days. Do not apply Magnesium Oil to irritated skin, open wounds, or freshly shaved areas.
