Virgin Coconut Oil by PURITY VISION® is produced using a gentle cold-pressing method, which allows the oil to retain essential vitamins and antioxidant compounds. Mature coconuts come from organic farming in clean areas of tropical islands and coastal regions. Thanks to its pure composition without added substances, it is highly versatile – suitable for cooking, baking, and cold cuisine. The Fair Trade certification additionally guarantees ethical cooperation with local growers. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets as well.

Cooking: Coconut oil is ideal for savory, spiced, and mildly spicy dishes. It adds a gently exotic touch and enhances both aroma and flavor.

Baking: You will appreciate it when preparing cookies or cakes – the dough will be moist and delicate. It also works perfectly as a binding ingredient for crusts, for example when baking cheesecake.

Frying: Thanks to its high smoke point, it is suitable for pan-frying dishes such as pancakes or fritters. When used correctly, it retains its taste and texture.

Grilling: Use it in marinades and grilling blends – it pairs excellently, for example, with Himalayan salt and lemongrass.

Production technology and the quality of raw materials determine the final quality of coconut oil.
