Bio Rose Water 1 l

Enjoy Organic Rose Water obtained from the Rose Valley of the
Bulgarian Mountains. You will love it for its beautiful scent
and delicate taste. It stands out most in drinks and sweet
recipes and it is suitable for both hot and cold
dishes. 

PRODUCTION:  

Organic Rose Water is made by gentle steam distillation from the buds of the
rare Damascus Rose, which grows in the heart of the Bulgarian
mountains. Collecting the petals begins in the early morning when the
plant blossoms produce the greatest quantity of essential oils,
which serve as protection against low temperatures. The collected flowers are
immediately transported for processing. Only thanks to their short
transport time of a maximum of 45 minutes are the flowers able to
retain their natural freshness and delicate fragrance. Processing is carried out
utilizing double steam distillation, where 1 kg of flowers is used per 1
liter of flower water. The precious rose oil is not separated
during production but remains inside. As a result, Organic Rose Water retains
its valuable properties and acquires high quality.  

USE:  

Drinks: Organic Rose Water enhances the taste of
wine and champagne. Abroad, it is a key ingredient in
Lassi and Bandung drinks. It is also excellent in many types of
cocktails. In summer, it is particularly good in chilled
homemade lemonade and milkshakes. Add a few
drops to your coffee or tea for a fairy-tale-like
wake-up.  

Dishes: Its unique aroma and delicious taste are
particularly enjoyed in pancakes, muffins, and cakes. It
also goes well with milk, pudding, and dairy desserts. You can add it to
custards to make a binding layer for cakes. You will appreciate
it in marzipan, biscuits and ice cream.  

TIP: For a gourmet experience, combine Organic Rose Water
with vanilla ice cream. 

Organic Rose Water 1 l has the same composition as the smaller practical
pack. Use it to complement the smaller bottles and help save the environment
with us.

During warm weather, we recommend using the refrigerator. If you want to refill
a larger package in a smaller spray bottle, then thoroughly disinfect the bottle
