Product description
100% Bio Lavender Water is crafted from true lavender (lavandula angustifolia), cultivated in the Pink Valley of the Bulgarian mountains. The extraction uses a traditional gentle double steam distillation process. This ensures that the Bio Lavender Water retains its potency, beneficial effects, and calming aroma. Its pleasant flavor shines brightest in sweet recipes and summer cocktails.
Usage
Beverages: Bio Lavender Water is an excellent addition to mixed drinks and refreshing lemonades. Combined with herbal teas, it helps soothe a restless mind.
TIP: For a refreshing homemade lemonade, stir in a teaspoon of Bio Lavender Water, a bit of honey or sugar, the juice of a whole lemon, and top with sparkling water.
Food: You’ll love the delightful aroma of Bio Lavender Water in cheesecakes, cupcakes, crème brûlée. It adds interest to puddings and ricotta when spread over a cake layer. A teaspoon of lavender water elevates homemade sorbet to a culinary delight. We also recommend delicate cookies flavored with lavender—the recipe is on our blog.
The 250 ml Bio Lavender Water has the same formulation as the smaller practical bottles. Use it to refill smaller bottles and help us protect the environment.
Production
Bio Lavender Water is produced through gentle steam distillation from true lavender, grown in the Pink Valley of the Bulgarian mountains. The small flowers are harvested early in the morning, when essential oil levels peak, and transported to processing within 45 minutes to preserve freshness and aroma. The double steam distillation process allows the water to bind plant waxes and biostimulants. The valuable lavender essential oil remains part of the final product—no separation occurs. Because of this, Bio Lavender Water doesn’t require preservatives or alcohol, making it more effective and one of the highest‐quality lavender waters on the market.
