Bio Hydro ABC Booster 100 ml
The facial booster combines the benefits of a toner and serum in one step. It is as gentle as a flower water yet packed with active ingredients that hydrate, tone and address specific skin needs. Use as a facial toner, hydrating booster under serum, or as a base under oil. It helps improve absorption of active ingredients, making all subsequent products more effective. Simply spray onto the face and gently pat with your fingers.
